Last May, 2018, we listed our large, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2 car garage, pool home with Carmen Pujante, for LEASE. She quickly found a great tenant for us, who moved in by the end of June, 2018. Carmen is very friendly and knowledgeable. She is a real professional! In addition, she speaks FLUENT Spanish, which is a real bonus in the S. Florida area! Carmen is not only an excellent realtor but is a wonderful person, she will work for you from the beginning to the end and will always be responsive, patient and caring. She really goes beyond. Carmen was amazing since the first time I met her. She was so knowledgeable and experienced she made it super easy for my home buying experience. It was a vary exciting for my family when purchasing a home and Carmen knew how to have my investment be a secure one and importantly a growing one. With all her delicate tactics she is by far a cleaver gem with a vary kind soul. She treated me just as family and I felt like nothing less. She helped me buying a house, She works from her heart, She is honest, professional, good knowledge and good negotiation skills . She is bilingual English and Spanish, She is one of those who respond to any call immediate, When she is out of town she arranged with her co-worker to so she can open the door for inspection the house .
